dknol answers:

* 2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
* 1.5 GB RAM
* 128 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
* Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack 1
* At least 6.1 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB of additional space for custom content and saved games

For computers using built-in graphics chipsets under Windows, the game requires at least:

* Intel Integrated Chipset, GMA 3-Series or above
* 2.6 GHz Pentium D CPU, or 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent
* 0.5 GB additional RAM

Yes. But not the best speed because of the Ghz

dknol answers:

Yes, your configuration is good enough, but I recommend changing 512 MB of DDR2 533 MHz system memory to 1 GB of DDR2 533 MHz system memory at least or, if possible, 1 GB of DDR2 667 MHz system memory. 1 GB is 2 times 512 MB so it will mean less lag when playing games or opening lots of windows at the same time. 667 MHz instead of 533 MHz will mean faster transmission of information to and from the memory. You should get a processor with 667 MHz FSB also if possible instead of 533 MHz FSB. If you are a hardcore gamer, I also recommend getting the nVidia GeForce 7800 GTX instead of the GeForce Go 7300 which will give better graphics. But if you don't play games with high graphics requirements your current graphics card is fine. The rest seems fine.
