When will my world of warcraft download be done?

My download bar is about halfway through. A little bit after halfway through, theres a little green arrow. When my bar reaches the green arrow, is that when i will be able to play world of warcraft? Or do i have to wait for the bar to reach the other end of the screen?

One bar is the download progress, the other bar is the installation progress.
When it gets in the middle, the game will be playable. The game will continue to download until you logout.
