I play World of Warcraft. How do I change my level without using a tool that will get me banned?
I want to change my level using a addon or tool but third-party tools are illegal for World of Warcraft. So if I use one I will get banned, forever, and I will have to make a new account. I don’t want to do that. So is there any addons that are not third-party tools and will not get me banned. If so plz tell me where to find it/them.

Why don’t you just level up by yourself?
Well, third party tools aren’t really against WoW rules, a bunch of people use mods. However, Hacking mods will get you banned immediately, with blizzard security, it’s insanely hard not to get banned. If you really want to do it that much, try it with a trial account that you can create at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com.
I’m not sure if trials can use mods, you should try though.
