How do I get my world of warcraft account transfered to battle net?

i havent played world of warcraft in a year i do not know what battle.net is i recently bought a 2 month pre paid time card and i dont know how to make my account into a battle.net account please help me i dont know what to do. im freaking out. i need to know how to make my account username battle.net

Simple, go to http://www.battle.net create an account. Once you confirm and log in your BNET account there is a option called “merge accounts” and it will ask you to log in with your old wow account name and password
