On settings-device you can change your reseved space.
Hey hubertis99, I’ve encounted the same problem on my zune and found the only way to fix it is to delete all content from you zune with the zune software and then put everything back. I’m not sure why they even have the reserved space, it gets annoying. Hope that helps.

yo my zune says ime using 6.71 gb but ime only using like 600 mb whats the deal? like when i hook it up to my computer and open software it says 6 gb being reserved or sumthing but ime not even using that much. plz help me!!

The Zune can’t do anything better than the iPod Touch.
Only the Zune HD, and all it can do better is video quality. Not sound, and it has no internal speakers either.
Yes, better than an iPod Touch. But sound quality is entirely subjective, so it’s a hard question to answer in the first place…
