I ordered a Zune 120 GB with a number of accessories at the same time. This case was obviosuly NOT for the Zune I ordered – wrong size. Amazon never questioned the error. Almost too much trouble to mail back for refund. Don’t count on Amazon to confirm misfitting accessories when you order a big ticket item. Isn’t the first time. When Amazon shows recommended accessories for your new purchase, TRIPLE check everyhting possible to be sure it will work with what you bought! I also heard that 1 15 GB SD card I ordered for a new TomTom does not fit that model. Another cusromer mentioned many months ago but is still being sold together but card will not fit according to reviewer. Mine is a Xmas gift and I guess I will know soon if Amazon corrects the error and sends right one, or sends the one that does not fit.

The seller NEVER replies my e-mail. I made an order, then within 15 minutes after I made an order I contact the seller through e-mail to change the shipping address. Instead of sending it to my new address, the seller never gets back to me. Terrible communication. Slow shipping. Bad seller. End of story.

The quality of the cover is very good, but the color is never right. I have ordered this cover 3 times in black. I have received 2 brown and one red cover so far. If you are concerned about the color you receive “DO NOT ORDER THIS COVER FROM THIS SHIPPER”. If you do not care about the cover color but are instead concerned about the quality, go on ahead and order. Like I said the quality is very good.

Great but why wouldn’t it be? Its a case, put your Zune in and Voila.
Only drawbacks are that it has not loops or attachments and no room to store your headphones.

This case is stylish and holds the Zune 4/8 perfectly. The two buttons on the Zune are covered by the case, but have the button label showing in the leather. They are still easily pushed being covered. The one drawback is having to take the Zune out of the case to sync via the USB sync cable.
