I’m pleased
I’ve had my Zune 120 for over a month now, and I have to say I’m quite pleased. I really like the touchpad interface – much more than the IPod click-wheel.

I got the 120 GB Zune after owning a 4 GB for 2 years. I love it. I still use the smaller 4GB for carrying when I’m active, but I use this one for storing all of my music…

Zune is best in quality but worst if you have repair problem

Previously owned a Zune 30G. Broke it. This 120G is better, for the most part. I could never get the wireless computer update to work on the 30, the 120 hooked right up.

5 “Contact Support”? After 2 Months??!!
