maybe cause it is illegal to download songs off of lime wire!!! lol!
buy napster and stop being cheap!
its illegal…
You should use a legal source for your mp3 downloads, such as ITunes or the legal version of Napster.
Limewire usage is illegal.
I highly suggest not using Limewire anymore. The software itself is full of spyware which slows down your computer and can potentially risk your personal information getting into the hands of others. And the network is full of fake files, and viruses.
WinMX on the other hand, has no spyware, no fake files, and is fast and easy to use.
I would try it out.

I suspect the format is not compatible with Zune or you downloaded music that still has DRM. You will have to try to convert it or try stripping the DRM. If this music is copyrighted, you would do better to get it legally. It is real easy to rip it from your cds or buy it from Zune Marketplace. But, that is up to you. I wish I could be of more help but that is the best I can do.
Dont listen to these people, download off limewire. Its waay easier. And free. All you have to do is set up on your zune software, in the ‘settings’ section, what the folders that go into your library are. Look for the folder that your limewire music is being saved into, or create a new folder and save your limewire music into that. Then any time you download a song, it will automatically go into your zune library.
I’m not sure why red x’s would come up, that doesnt happen to me. Make sure you are not downloading some weird format, download mp3s.
first make sure that u are downloading mp3 next look at the size of the file if it is like 200 or something then dont download it. u want about 5000 or so. next go to your zune software and go to ->settings ->collection where it says music add the folder that limewire saves with. it should be …C:limewire/saved or something like that. if this doesnt help then go on zune social or help and get answers on the red x’s i have never had that before and i download from bittorrent and limewire.
There should be a limewire folder somewhere in either your documents or music folders, take those files and put them in your Zune folder in your music, either that or the files aren’t supported by the zune, so go into the software and click settings -> software -> files types and make sure all files types are check marked.
Get your music legally, you can also get a ZunePass subscription for $15 per month, and keep 10 songs per month as well.
