How to delete songs from zune software on computer without deleting from the computer?

I’m managing an itouch, and a zune on my laptop. Whenever I try to delete a song from the Zune syncing software, it deletes it from my computer, thus making it un-playable to itunes. Is there a way that you can just delete it from the zune software not the computer?
