@Pr0H4ck3rVids
lol, how many apps does it have now? I bought a Zune HD and I’m kinda just a little bit pissed….
haha thats what i love about oregon, we dont even have to pump our own gas lol
I tested it and the accelerometer on the Zune HD is very responsive and faster than my iPod touch
I live in Oregon NO TAX!!!
yea, tax load here is off the roof, ex: a car worth 20.000 US is worth 40.000 maybe 50.000US here, tax 4 ipod touch and zune are 50% so 420$ for 32GB, 500$ for ipod touch 32GB
wtf, r u serius
lol in VN, 420$ for 32GB with tax
280 $ bt with tax it should be about 310 $
I see the comments about the Zune HD and other about the Itouch, and most of Zune HD are intelligent, where’s the opposite of ITouch comments :)
They can’t gain trust if they don’t show a good ecosystem and seamless integration within their products; their versions of windows are not compatible with each other for crying out loud! They develop a totally different platform for each device they launch and usually incompatible with each other.
If Windows mobile and zune had the SAME OS both based on a good MS OS (just like Mac OS on iphone/ipod/appleTV).. same with the xbox.. would be different for developers.
That’s probably why there are only 1st party apps on the Zune right now. Microsoft wants to gain the trust of other developers to show them that their platform can have decent sales in terms of apps. They want to build some momentum
Remember NBC-Universal ditching Apple and moving to zune store, and a couple of months later they shamefully went back to iTunes?
‘Too many apps means less people buying a particular one’ You clearly have NO idea..
@ginito The Apple app store is saturated with apps. Too many apps means less people buying a particular one. That’s why companies will take advantage of the Zune’s freshness and leap onto that once the 3rd party gate opens up
LOL yeah nothing wrong with a bit of youtube swearing LOL , i really like the zune but if its anything like the crappy apple touch and the crappy itunes program that crappy apple uses i will think twice about buying a zune , but hell yeah i really like the zune and will still proberly end up buying one
@MrCohibaboy lmao wtf. calm down. it cost about 200 dollars give or take
yeah how fucken much does it cost , and how many gb does it offer FUCKEN
Zune has 4% market share, what makes you think developers will spend time and money and effort developing programs for this device when they can simple develop it for the ipod with over 70% market share and get money out of it? Lest be honest, you will only see microsoft’s own apps in zune’s apps library. Zune developers will be forced to place ads on their apps.
And then the pc fanboys say “yes but ipod apps are crap” well, so are android’s; but the crap is always free.
how much is it
Hate it when Apple fanboys compare the Itouch/Iphone with the Zune HD in terms of applications…Come on,give it a little time and you’ll see tons of applications waiting for you to download.
The only thing wrong with OSX is that you can’t run EXE’s. That’s it. Which you can easily still do with VMware, Parelels, Boot Camp, etc.
Windows 7 is a HUGE step up from vista, and shows how great Microsoft is when it shines. The Mac OS X is simply horrid. I have personally tried it and after an hour i wanted to throw the computer through the window. Note: I was never a huge vista fan either, but it was manageable. OS X, whether it be Leopard or Snow Leopard, is just plain not worth it. If i could actually buy a Mac for a comparing price to a PC of the same stats, i probably wouldn’t, but it would make me more open to it. *Idiot*
However, in 5 years (i’m not using 5 years in relation to the Ipod Touch vs Zune HD timeline), the then 10, now 15 year old could putout more effort and efficient work than the outdated 20 year old. Soon, some of the tech sites will definately change their mind.
OS: Ya windows has a lot of bugs, viruses, etc. However, if you actually know your ass from your head about computers, you’ll now how to prevent those from ever being a problem. And TY wdililn for pointing out Windows 7. *next post*
Where should i start….:
Apps: Of course it’ll reach high levels of apps, you think that game designers and programmers just melt in the hands of Apple? They are gonna design apps for ANY mobile device they can.
Tech Reviews: Of course right away they are gonna fricken choose the ipod touch, that’s all they have been used to for so long. If someone wanted a hard worker they would instantly choose a 15 year old vs a 10 year old. *continued on next post*
ya alright, but I disagree with u and zune hd will never ever surpass apple no matter how hard they try. you’re just delusional.1000 apps in 4 months, wow.I bet it can’t reach 50.I bet you’re just lonely playing with your no purpose zune that’s why you’re attacking apple fans here claiming it to be better which most (all) tech reviews DISAGREE. you’re saying the itouch is overrated?what about Microsoft?useless OS with LOTS of bugs.stop replying me unless you know what you’re talking about. idiot
Stupid Apple fanboy, the zune hd has purely amazing sound and video quality. Right now ya it only has 10 apps, but within 4 months it will have 1000′s of them. Apple made the ipod touch not as an mp3 player, but basically the Mac version of a Windows Mobile PDA. Besides, the Zune HD is in an infant stage, if it had started when the ipod touch started, then it would be absolutely supreme.. The ipod touch itself isnt very expensive (though macs are WAY too expensive), but it is WAY overrated.
