If these were songs you ripped from CDs or downloaded online, you should be able to sync those. How depends on what kind of mp3 player you have. If you have a Playsforsure player (I think Creative and Sansa players have that), you either need the software that came with that mp3 player, probably can use Windows Media Player or can use something like Rhapsody or Napster. Players like Sansa and Samsung are drag-and-drop players, meaning you should be able to hook them up to the computer, go the "My Computer," click the drive the player shows up as and then copy/paste songs on your computer to that player's drive.
