@spraynwash4me Thank you for the update info! Firmware updates are becoming more common as technology advances. Sorry you had a hiccup, but glad you shared this resolution.
I Purchased this and it was skipping while recording the FM radio and Voice recorder. I called Sandisk at 1866-726-3475 be sure you have your Fuze+ and your computer in front of you and tech support will walk you thru to upgrade the firm ware so it does not skip. Thanks Sandisk a job well done. Don’t forget to have your USB cable to connect from your computer to the sandisk MP3 player.
@SashyKacora @tennisbabe9435 it does have a lock feature. Hold down the play button for three seconds while it is powered on and it should lock. I found this answer on page 21 of the owner’s manual sandisk [dot] com/microsites/sansafuzeplus/SansaFuze+UG_0915.pdf
@tennisbabe9435 yea that was bothering me to. if it doesn’t have a “hold” switch, then i don’t think im gonna get it. since its based on touch, it can/will change in your pocket accidentally.
I happen to work with this group and after watching these video’s and speaking to this team, I really am prepared and know exactly which product I want and can also unpackage it without damaging it. I am actually looking forward to getting this Sandisk and hope the person I give the other one to will enjoy it as much as I will.

does it have a locking feature, like the original sansa fuze does??
