I purchased an 8 GB Sansa Fuze from another store (for $20 more than Amazon’s price) and the battery would never charge after three attempts on three different computers. Also, none of the computers would recognize that the drive was plugged in. It’s definitely going back and I’m not sure if I’m willing to try another one.

I ordered this mp3 player to give as a gift. When the package arrived, the plastic and box protecting it looked scraped. The shipping box was not damaged. Obviously, the damage happened prior to shipping. As a gift, this would look tacky and might be broken when opened. I decided to return it and buy the product from a store.

purchased a mp3 player before black friday to take advantage of the sell. However, the store didn’t send me any email about the status. I had waited for a week and decided to contact the customer service just to find out that my order was canceled b/c the item was already a discontinued product.

I bought this product on Sunday November 16th. I returned this product today, November 18th.
Monday day, it was great. I loved having some tunes to listen to at work. Monday night, when I wanted to listen to the radio – no sound (even after turning it all the way up). I reset the player to “factory settings”, voila! I had sound again.
Tuesday early am, I turned it on long enough for it to go out. Yes OUT. It stayed out. It was plugged in all night. Tuesday day, no response. Tuesday night, still no response.
I purchased it from Costco on Sunday. I find it hard to believe that they sold ALL of the MP3 players (maybe they did). Not ONE in the store tonight. This is a small town. It’s easier for me to believe, Costco sent them back.
Find a different product than this one. Read the reviews. The thing died a day and a half after it was purchased.
