OK, I used an old Cingular 64k sim & a 3G sim.
I think the 3G Sim takes calls and you can surf at the same time. The old Cingular Sim can’t do both.
As for the T-Mobile Favs, I don’t know but T-Mobile should know if it’s Web Based or not.

I currently have AT&T.
My sim card says 3g on it.
Did the one you test have 3G on it.
Some are saying it will not work because of the 3G some say it will work fine.
We do not use internet but we do text and use multimedia often.

I have popped an AT&T and a T-Mobile Sim and used them both at the same time.
As for the Apps, I have not tried yet to load any. The Model KA08+ has Java. That will allow Java Apps to be used.

I personally thought it was well worth the Money for a Touch Screen phone in comparison to iPhone, Samsung and alike. You can pick these up from about $60 to $110.00 depending on the options.
