IT IS ACTUALLY NOT BAD. HOW IS IT BAD? IT’S AN IPOD AND IT’S SUPPOSED TO PLAY MUSIC. THAT’S WHAT IT DOES. SO ALL YOU ARE SAYING IS THE 5G HAS MORE APPS LIKE VIDEO AND A CAMERA. BUT THAT’S WHAT CAMERAS AND T.V.S ARE FOR!
I think the iPod nano 6g is cool. I bought one a couple of months back and I really love it. If you don’t like it, just get a 5g nano. In my opinion, an iPod is an MP3 player i.e. for playing music. I use my cellphone for recording videos and playing music through a speaker and as an alarm clock. The 6g does exactly what I wanted it to do; it’s a really nice iPod :) BTW everyone on here needs to learn how to spell.
In my opinion the Ipod nano 6g is more like an ipod shuffle on steroids rather than a worthy sucessor for the ipod 5g nano …
I prefer the 5th gen because it has a camera and you can watch music videos!!

i think both are great devices it depends on person for me ipod is player and u dont need more features and 5th is smaller and easier to use thats why i prefer 6th but if u want more featurs better buy ipod touch which is GREAT device
ipod nano 6g is a very good product, has very good design, is very comfortable, but the fact that it lacks video capabilities makes the 5th generation better imo, hope later ipod nanos will have this touch screen, maybe same design but with video capabilities, not necessarily with cam tho…

I think the 6G Nano, is mainly for people that are always on the Go, You kno, Clip it anywhere, Go Jogging Workout or stuff like that? Personally id prefer the 6G My Brother had the 5G,

apples dedenition of upgrade: taking away alarm clock, games, video camera, mic, external speakers, no south park videos :( and taking the one thing away that has constantley been on the ipod nano the click wheel. wtf? they took away these feature to make it the size of someone thumb and give it a touchscreen? theyre too overated nowadays, if u want a touch screen by an iphone!!
o_o….i like the 6g… u have a phone for watching/recording vids and playing songs out loud, and i would get bored of those crappy games : but everyones entitled to their opinion
soon they make music player of 1mm. Like mini chip..
basically, the ipod touch 6g traded in all the lovely features of: alarm; video; games; video camera; classic amazing clickwheel etc… for a stupid touchscreen…how gay

New Nano is better just because i have never, ever, ever watch any videos/movies on my small 5th g nano, thats why i have my iphone.
Alarm? iphone!
Nano is supposed to be target for people on the go because of the light weight especially running, so no need for external speakers, i got my iphone for that.
