Only the songs that you actually purchased from itunes will sync tho. Everything else that you got from cds or other websites will need to be put on the computer some other way because of the copyright software installed in the ipod. If they are all ones that you have purchased then it will be fine. If you ar still nervous about doing it plug your ipod into another computer and import all the purchased songs and nominate the computer as 1 of your 5 that you can share music with.
