How do you make your iPod name longer than ten characters?
I have a 5th Generation iPod video that I named Bobbi’s iPod. But under the About screen on the iPod, it shows up as BOBBI’S IPO. How do I fix this?
In iTunes, it shows up as Bobbi’s iPod, but on the actual iPod and on My Computer, it shows up as BOBBI’S IPO.

When your ipod is connected to your computer, in itunes the bar to the left where it says the name of the ipod click on it once and it shoud let you rename it
It is limited to ten characters for formatting/programming purposes. It can’t be longer than ten characters. Just change the name to something smaller than ten characters.
