How do I gett the newest ipod touch from my warranty?
I have had some problems with my Ipod and want the new Ipod touch 4g when it arrives in september. What do I say to be able to get the new one? Or will they replace with it a refurb 3gen?
My friend did it to get her 3g ipod touch but we dont talk anymore. Thanks for any help.

Assuming that whatever is wrong with it is even a covered repair, it will be repaired or you’ll be offered the option of a refurb of like model, generation and capacity.
you won’t be able to just trade it in for the new one in september (if it actually comes out then).
