How Do You Delete Music From A Mp3 Player Using Windows Media Player?

I’m trying to delete music on a mp3 player, but when I go to sync, it only brought up a small list of songs that were on the player. I don’t know how to find the rest of them. If you have any idea please let me know. Thanks in advance.
