I can’t give a good review on this product because I haven’t been able to use it, yet. I, only, bought it for downloading books and listening to them and I have downloaded one book but I haven’t been able to figure out how to use the mp3 player. The instructions that came with it are useless. If you are a kid that uses these gadgets all the time, then there should be no problem. If you are an adult, who has no previous knowledge of mp3 players, you won’t be able to figure it out. I, now, have a phone number for Creative and plan to call them this week. At that time, I may be able to write a more favorable review.

One of the worst engineered pieces of electronics I have ever dealt with. Creative should be ashamed to have their name on this. I wish I could review the sound or video quality for you. I cannot. Why? Because this little gem of electronic flotsam refuses to be recognized by my computer. It either will not be recognized or, when it is really feeling like a little tease, it simply states that it has malfunctioned. I have tried every trick I know from years of working with, designing and building computers and software apps to get this little electronic terror to work. It will not. And Creative’s “support” team? Laughable at best. Non-existent at worse. So, it was returned and replaced by a Sony Walkman. Yes, old-fashioned. However, the old-fashioned Walkman was up and running in seconds, yes, seconds. It was instantly recognized by my computer and was transferring music in seconds. I have never reviewed a product here on Amazon before. Never felt the immense need to warn any fellow buyers of a product… until now. Based upon my experience, I recommend you do NOT waste your time on the Creative Zen Moziac. Based upon my experience with their pitifully performing support team, do NOT waste your time on ANY Creative product. Take care, be well and keep flying.

This product skipped like a cd when playing songs. It was fine when it only had a few songs on it, but once I added over 4gb, it skipped. To be sure I tried the songs on my husband’s MP3 player, and I had no problem. The seller gave me a full refund on the product, but only because I asked her to. Otherwise, there would have been a 15% restocking fee. I’m out my shipping money to receive and send the product back. Not worth the hassle. IPODS from here on out.

The problem with this player was that it is not recognized by Windows Media Player even with updated firmware, rendering it useless
I’m sending it back to Creative and calling it a day.
I miss the old Zen V, I had mine for over a year and a half and it worked perfectly.
