Hello Jason
Nice instruction video! I’m a Cortex HDC-3000-user myself for about 2,5 years but I was wondering: is there a way to connect harddrives with a capacity > 250 GB? My WD-drive of 250GB is recognised but my other drives (also Western Digital, and Iomega) 320GB and 500GB are not. I have scanned and tagged my entire CD-collection (> 3000 CD’s) @320kbps so it would be nice to manage all my songs & artists from the same harddrive. Thanks! DJ Fabian from Belgium.

so how do you turn off ?
english is great…yes its as simple as turning it off…
nice vid man … only a question … do you knoow how to abledisable the ”bass spectrum viewer” (i don’t know if you undestand but i wish it ,sorry for the bad english)
yes it can….
Can the HDC3000 play .audio. CD’s with an external CD payer?
ive had this unit for about 4 months already. AWESOME!!! *its a lot more convenient than carrying CD cases around…let alone burning CD’s everytime you have new music* -the only thing wrong with the unit…is that it has rebooted on me out of nowhere in the middle of the song. this has happened to me 3 times- other than that this unit is great. *the price is good too*
Thanks a lot Jason!!!
This is the great thing you download a small program free from cortex and it sorts it out for you,,, you can go in and alter it around a bit you could do that before you purchase
Hi Jason, I have all my music on SD cards using the SDJ2. I was thinking of upgrading to something of this nature. 90% of my music is not ID tagged yet, would that matter if I need to find an Artist, Song etc. as I have them all on paper in a folder which I use for all my gigs. Example: Using Cortex I would go to a Leo Sayer Album, would it list songs as Track 1, Track 2 and so on. It would be a HELL OF JOB TO ID TAG ALL MY MUSIC. Great Video. Thanks a million.
English is Great. i dont know how to spell it but
hoodamida! does it make sense???
nice vid men your a good instructor
Sorry if the englich is bad ( im dutch)
Really good Jase…I’d get one of these, I like the screens and with all the usb ports it could serve as the centre of your whole setup
i have a couple of western mybooks 500gb and it reads them fine. the main thing is defraging the drive and having clean uncorrupted files
Yes paul good point it has a specifically designed software to marry with the ipod so no problems there it can also manipulate the tracks pitch effects etc. great fun
Very professional . oops!
hey, thanks for the info.
