i have a problem i am trying to install mine and it is saying that it is corrupt sand the installation software could not be extracted( does this mean this mp3 player is broken?)

@LibbyOMG that is happening to me too! and the shitty part is that the songs take up space even if you can’t play them……if you already found a solution please help me. if i find one and you haven’t i’ll help u.
