I need someone to help me return my product. It is not working properly. I purchased two, one isn’t working at all. It is stuck on Radio and no navigation buttons light up. Please Help!!!!

El producto tarda mucho en reconocer que se ha pulsado un boton del comando tactil, lo que se traduce en problemas para manejarlo. Pues aun cuando pulsas bien, crees que no lo has hecho y te lleva intentarlo nuevamente.
No es tan intuitivo como pudiera ser el Ipod.
Audifonos de poca calidad.
La velocidad de carga es bastante lenta.

Just as I expected, have olny had it for about a month, but am well pleases with this product.

This is very shiny (easily smudgeable) great player – good value for the money. I would have given 5 stars but for one major omission – it doesn’t resume music where it left off when the power is turned back on. Even after setting the auto play option, it plays from the begining of last played track – a major no no for me.

The Coby is great but the earphones are terrible. They are metal and hurt the ears.
