Can My Mp3 Player Connect To My Phone To Send Music Over Bluetooth?

the mp3 player has bluetooth and so does my phone and my phone is a S1 by Sanyo. Im wondering if i can send music over. but the thing is that my phone dosnt have an mp3 player so can i still use songs as ring tones. also if that dont work how do i get music to the phone with out actually paying to get online from my phone.
