There is no best class but there’s a lot of classes/specs that are shittier than others. You’re gonna be terrible at all of them regardless.

Hi.
There are 10 classes in game for you to choose. And in each of this class, there are 3 other “paths” that your character can take, For most of the classes, a different path mean you will need different gears.
There are 4 types of gears in game. I’ll give you a list for easy reference:
+Cloth: Priest, Mage, War Lock.
+Leather: Druid, Rogue.
+Mail: Hunter, Shaman.
+Plate: Paladin,Warrior, Death Knight.
And even within each gear type, there are DPS gear, Healer gear and Tank gear to choose. So, quick math, if all 3 of you play, there’s about 30+ combination of classes that you can choose so as to NOT be competing for gear.
Personally, i’ve level my character with 6 other class mates before, at the same time ofcourse.
And to answer your last question, i would suggest at least one of you choose a Tanking class (1 of those plate wearer) or Healing class (Priest, Shaman, Druid, Paladin) so that your journey at the later level will be more pleasant.

You can’t download a new weapon.

That being said, the best weapon will differ depending on the different class that you play. For example, I have a Druid, Priest, Warlock and Warrior all at lvl 70 and what is good for one will be pointless for the other.

If you are playing a class like a warrior or a rogue (which is what I have seen a lot of casual players play) is the Warglaive of Azzinoth. You get them off of Illidan and when you see anyone walking around with them you automatically think they are l33t. Here are the links…

Yes I know for a fact that its a great game my husband has it and plays it almost everyday!! I played it a little the other night and it starts out slow but after you get ur spells and stuff its really fun!

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm is a great addition to the series. There are always winers with every expansion who claim “they ruined the game forever, I’m never coming back.” If you liked WoW in the past you’ll probably like it now, and with the complete remake of Azeroth, if you have never played the game, now is the time to start. If you like MMORPGs this is a great one.
