Tell the second person that it’s still avaliable, but someone else inquired about it first. Tell them if the first deal falls through, you’ll let them know.
Then get the first person to either commit to the deal or not, as soon as possible. Tell them you have other offers, so you’d like to know if they want to buy it ASAP and if you don’t hear back from them by the end of the day (or whenever), that you’ll assume the are uninterested.

ok i want an mp3 player with video and i currently saw a 30gb zune on sale for $200 does any one know a good mp3 with video for around $200?

I would get the zune and if you search around you could probably get a lower price on it. But the whole zune vs. Ipod battle is a matter of opinion but they are basicallyt he same then so go with the zune it will best any other mp3 around that price range. Plus it got cool colors.

Nowdays,Apple, Sony,Samsung,Zune are all same excellent in mp3 field.But in my stand,I prefer to Apple.
Simple design,wonderful screen quality,kinds of amazing functions and apps, the cost performance is so high.At the same time in my opinion,it is the most worth to buy among each gen of ipod nano.
