Some Songs Don’t Play On My Mp3 Player. What Can I Do?
When I copy songs on my mp3 player, most of the songs play, but some do not. they save unto the player but the time shows ’0.00′ and then it says ‘format error’. Those that don’t play are from 2 or 3 particular albums. The thing is that they’re from the same format as ALL the other songs (WMA) and when I plug the MP3player to my computer, the songs actually play through the computer!
Could someone please help me out here? Someone mentioned it might be the licenses but I’ve copied the songs several times on other players. I wonder why there’s a problem now. Also, media player downloads licenses (i even re-downloaded them) but there’s still no change.
What can I do?
Thank you.

Make sure that the format of the music (MP3, WMA, MP4, etc.) is the one that is compatable with the player. It is usuially recommended to use MP3 since it gives you the most battery with good quality. If you need to convert the format, PC World recommended http://media-convert.com/convert/
This seems weird. heres a few suggestions that may help
1) have you checked if they are drm protected? some mp3 players will have problems with the drm.
2 ) Have you checked incase you mp3 player is full?
and my main suggestion would be to convert the files to .mp3 formart. you can do this definatly with Itunes and im pretty sure Musicmatch jukebox can do this aswell. Otherwize search http://www.download.com and there will be loads of software to convert the tracks to mp3.
hope this helps.
Yeah this happend to me. Apparently some WMA files go corrupt overtime. Your best of re downloading the songs. Thats what i did and they work fine now.
