Samsung Yp-k3jab Mp3player Wont Appear?
So i have a Samsung YP-K3JAB MP3 player which worked fine until i recently reinstalled windows due to viruses,
but now my CD drive doesnt work, so i had to download the Samsung Media Studio from the samsung website,
but when i plug my mp3 player into the USB port, it starts to charge, but doesnt appear in the “Portable” tab when i run samsung media studio.
Also it doesnt even appear as a removable drive on “My Computer”
Is theres some certain software i need for it to work again? i know my usb drive works because it charges the mp3 player.
please help and link me with what software i may need and a brief guide on what to do

Hi there, i had the same problem believe it or not, i bout mine off ebay, take the Mp3 with all its things, and take it back were you got it from, or ring the comapny samsung.
I got mine fixed, and it works fine now :)
