when you got this error msg. it means to say that the player got corrupted and you have to format it. Formatting it will delete everything from the player and fix any corruption.
If you can still access teh menu, you may go to “SETTING” then “USB” then select “MSC” before you connect it to your PC
If not… turn of the player, put the “HOLD SWITCH” to “LOCK” showing “ORANGE” then connect it to PC
Player should be recognized as a “removable disk drive” you just right click on it then select “FORMAT”, on teh format window FILE SYSTEM should be FAT not FAT32 and also make sure that there is “NO” check mark on “QUICK FORMAT” before you click on start.
After formatting you have to make sure that the player would show “no files”, then you may start redownloading the songs afterwards.
If in any case, you’ll get an error msg formatting, try it on another PC.
