nokia n-gages are pretty good and rugged. they have mp3 radio gsm gprs pretty much everything and im u buy a memory stick you can download movies and shows to it. also it plays n-gage video games. on ebay they run for pretty cheap to really expensive

Go for NOKIA 3230 its good and you can use 1GB CARD for music and it has all the features you mentioned.
check out the new nokia n-series.better to be going with n93.
